Pricing

Matching is free. All fees disclosed.

Nearvanta is funded through fixed, disclosed fees paid by providers. If you also want a representative on the ground, you book “Nearvanta vor Ort”.

For companies

Matching

free

This includes the needs call, pre-selecting vetted providers, the introductory calls and support until the project starts.

You sign the service contract directly with the provider.

We represent your interests directly with the provider in Prishtina.

  • Payment is made monthly in advance.
  • Minimum term 3 months, cancellable monthly thereafter.
  • The offer also applies if you did not find your provider through Nearvanta.

For providers

Matching fee

499 € per introductory call, payable before the appointment. If the company cancels and no replacement appointment is arranged, it is refunded. If an engagement materializes, it is offset against the first commission payment.

Success commission

10 % of the agreed net monthly price for 36 months, including later extensions. The first payment is due 5 business days after contract signature, each further one by the 5th business day of the month. If the contract ends, the commission ends too.

No further fees

No base fee and no listing fee. The vetting is free during the pilot phase.

How we stay independent.

All providers pay the same terms. There are no paid placements.

Every shortlist states what the provider pays to Nearvanta.

If you switch providers through us, our compensation continues with the new provider. So we have no reason to hide flaws.

With “Nearvanta vor Ort” you receive the test calls and evaluations in their original form, not just our verdict.

Example

A company from Munich is looking for 5 employees for its customer service.

    Three providers introduce themselves and each pay €499.

  2. 02

    The company chooses one of them, at a monthly price of €14,500.

  3. 03

    That provider pays Nearvanta €1,450 per month from the start of the contract. The €499 is deducted from the first payment.

  4. 04

    The company pays nothing for the matching. If it books “Nearvanta vor Ort”, it pays €890 per month.

The contracting party is AIRINOVA SH.P.K. All amounts are net, excluding VAT.
